Wah Chan is committed to delivering the highest quality jewelry to our customers. We implement a rigorous multi-stage inspection process for all products to ensure they meet our stringent standards before reaching you.

Discrepancy Resolution

In the unlikely event you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. Please contact our Customer Service team within three (3) days of receiving the item. You can reach us by email at : customerservice@wahchan.com.my

Exchange Policy:

Requests for exchanges must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the item. Exchanges received after this timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team. We strive to provide a seamless and positive customer experience. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

How to Request an Exchange:

Contact Customer Service: If you require assistance with your exchange, our friendly customer service representatives are happy to help. Reach out via email at customerservice@wahchan.com.my.

Submit an Online Refund Request: Alternatively, you can initiate your exchange by completing our online refund request form. The processing timeframe for these requests typically falls within 3-7 business days.

Exchange Approval and Return Instructions: Upon approval of your exchange request, we will send a confirmation email with detailed instructions for returning the item.

Acceptable Reasons for Exchange:

Defective Item: If the item you received is defective, a qualifying exchange can be made.
Incorrect Item Received: We will gladly facilitate an exchange if you receive an item different from what you originally ordered.

Please Note:
Exchanges due to change of mind or wear-and-tear damage will unfortunately not be accepted.
Loose diamonds with GIA certificates are ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchange Requirements:

All items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, and complete with all original packaging and receipt.
Upon receiving your return, Wah Chan will conduct a quality check to ensure these conditions are met before proceeding with the exchange.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the exchange item.
Wah Chan will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the customer’s return process.
A return shipping label will only be provided if the delivered item is confirmed to be defective or if the received item differs from the order placed.

Exchange Options:

Exchanges are limited to the same item design and value, subject to stock availability.
If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
Conversely, if the exchanged item has a lower value, Wah Chan will issue an e-voucher for the remaining amount. This e-voucher can be redeemed on the Wah Chan website www.wahchan.com.my.

Exchange Processing Time:

Please allow approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days for the exchange process to be completed after Wah Chan receives your returned item.
